    • Very little New Tech was released or announced
    • Technetix showed there solution – new way of looking at things
    • Comcast Octave – PMA – AI – virtualized CMTS – ?

  • Question 1 – from the chat room from Alaska – If we were to change a node to a 85 MHz return and not change the duplex filters right away, will the cable modems have issues?
    • Micro-reflections
    • We aren’t talking about the effect on the Cable Modem
    • DAA nodes recommendations – or EDR
  • Question 2 – can you just replace some nodes? People off the node would get the full 85MHz?
    • Slow migrations to 85 MHz – 8 channel bonding
    • But House amps only to 42 MHz – 4 channel bonding
    • Node plus zero – Node plus one – 8 channel bonding or OFDMA with DOCSIS 3.1
    • Run SCQAM
    • Could work but were you don’t have 85MHz those modems will be in partial mode
